Our Foundation

Built On Mat Discipline, Sustained By Purpose

IRONCAGE was founded on a simple conviction: mixed martial arts should not be an exclusive club or an aggressive spectacle, but a sanctuary for personal mastery, safety, and community resilience.

When we first opened our doors, we recognized a gap in traditional martial arts facilities. Many gyms prioritized aggressive competition over long-term member health, or charged fees that kept working families and young people out of the cage. We chose a different path.

Under the guidance of Head Coach Sarah Davis and our dedicated coaching staff, we instituted strict safety standards, rigorous technical instruction, and an inclusive curriculum designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Every round on the mat is guided by mutual respect and steady progress.

Because we operate with generous support from community donors and sponsors, we are able to provide specialized youth outreach programs, scholarship memberships, and top-tier training gear without compromising our uncompromising safety protocols.
